Does it get any better?

I went to a thyroid specialist on last wednesday and he took me off the 100 mg of levothyroxine and put me on 75 mg of synthroid. I have felt like **** for the past month and a half. When  I get better is there a light at the end of this disorder. I have panic attacks and trying to cope with it all. My levels at the beginning was 9.39 - TSH and last week it dropped from that to .30. How long will it take me to get leveled and back to normal.

When the TSH comes up a bit, the panic attacks and axiety will subside.
Give yourself a week or so to feel the change.
