Good days and bad days

Diagnosed about 2 months agO Hash's. I have had issues with my meds and dosage. One thing that has been a constant since diagnosis and even before, regardless of my med issues, is that I have days where I feel ok and other days where I am so worn out I can barely make it. Is this common with others? Is this pretty much forever?

I have been on meds since 1996 for Hashimotos.
I still have good and bad days.  At first, it was sporadic, but my body is now in a very predictable pattern of one day good, the next day bad.  One day I'll feel terrific, and the next, so exhausted, I can barely get through the day.
Is it just me?

Swinging back and forth between feeling okay and not is pretty typical when your meds ae yet to be adjusted properly.  As we get closer to an optimal dose, the good days increase, and the bad days decrease.  No, this is not forever...once your FT3 and FT4 levels are adjusted properly for YOU, you'll be much more on an even keel.  Furthermore, Hashi's is most unstable (swinging from hypo to hyper) in the early stages.  Later in the disease, it becomes more stable, and once your thyroid "dies" completely, it's a piece of cake!

I know what you mean, what are your labs like?  Did your doctor test you for  free T 3 &  free T 4, Thyroglobulin Antibodies and thyroid perixodase antibodies.. if it was done, post them with the range.  I feel the same way it has been since 2009 but labs are all within range and Thyroglobulin is high so the doctor said you are possible hashimoto thyroditis ( i have a goiter with multi nodules) i am not on any meds.  I am seeing the endocronologist in three weeks, i will post the outcome... Try to post in the doctor forum to get professional advise... wish the best.
