Graves and Periods

I was Diagnosed and Treated with radioactive Iodine for Graves Disease in the Fall of last year.  Since then I have been battling hair loss, weight gain, muscle cramps and extreme tiredness.  I recently in May went on the synthroid but haven't had much change except for the muscle cramps have reduced.  My question is though, how does taking synthroid effect your periods.  I started taking synthroid on May 2 and was suppose to have a period around the 19th of May but never did and here it is June 9th.  The strange thing is that periodically I feel like I am going to start, (symptoms that I usually get before I do) but I guess I just wish I knew if this was normal or not.

So when I am underactive and just started medication and didn't have problems before with periods that is still normal...ok.
