Graves disease and Tapazole

I was diagnosed with Graves disease about two months ago. My question is about Tapazole. My first blood test was done in February, it showed 0.03 TSH and 24 Free T4. I started to take Tapazole in March - 10 mg a day. The result of my last blood test is 11 Free T4 and high TSH 6.16. I am supposed to keep taking Tapazole for another month. I am puzzled why I should keep increasing TSH when it is already high. I would love to find an answer :)

Thank you for your answer. I am starting to look for the information. I wanted to post a question to Dr. Lupo on the Expert forum, but I wasn't able to. I think the T4 is not high, however I am not sure about any of this. My first test showed high Free T4 (range is 10-20) and I had 24. My last test showed normal free T4 (11). What troubles me - is that I was diagnosed with hyperthyroid and was given tapazole. It seems it worked because this free T4 is normal now but the TSH which was very low, is now higher than normal. So if I understand correctly, after a month of taking the tapazole, i have hypothyroid instead of hyperthyroid and i am still supposed to take the tapazole, so i would expect i would be even more hypo after another month. I wonder it that is normal - maybe it is. That the TSH is supposed to increase this much. That is what i would like to find out. Esp. since i feel depressed. and i wonder if that is the result of increased TSH and normal free T4 (at least that is what i found on the internet...)

I don't have your ref ranges but 11 for free T4 is very high. If you have a good endo he won't dose according to your TSH ONLY.  Can you post the ranges from your test please?

What are your symptoms? Hypo your HR and pulse is lower, more aches, and you feel more lethargic, however I'm generalizing here a of course everyone is different!
