I suggest you take vitamin D-3 2000 units will help depression and vitamin B 100 will give you energy and help with pain. Please check and make sure this is ok with your doctor before taking them.

Hair loss is often one of the last symptoms to go away. Our bodies tend to take care of essential systems first, like heart, brain, etc.
Doctors frequently obsess over low TSH levels, even when, as in your case, FT3 and FT4 levels don't support the TSH. However, your TSH isn't even that low. 0.728 is well within range.
Well, as you know, I'm not a doctor or medical professional of any kind (have to say that), but if I were you, I'd look for another doctor and in the interim, I wouldn't lower my meds. Be careful, though, and do your homework. Just because a doctor is an endo doesn't make him a good thyroid doctor. Also, many endos refuse to prescribe NT. It's often best to do a quick phone interview (probably through a nurse) and ask what meds the doctor is open to prescribing, what tests he frequently orders for hypo patients, etc. You can weed out some of the worst of the worst that way.
Mostly some fatigue and depression. I seem to stress very easily! I need to find an endo ASAP. This is SO confusing. For right now do u think I should keep my meds where they are?? Just your opinion??
Thanks so much!

No, it can't be right!
Your FT4 is too low, it's below range. Target for FT4 is midrange, and you're a long way from that. FT3 is also low as the target for FT3 is upper half to upper third of range, and you're barely into the middle third.
AACE recommended several years ago that TSH range be changed to 0.3 to 3.0, so yours is in range. Furthermore, many of us find that once on meds, especially meds with T3 in them, TSH becomes an unreliable indicator.
I'd say you needed an increase, or considering your very low FT4 level, it might be worth adding a little synthetic T4 to your NT to get a better balance of FT3 to FT4.
Do you still have other hypo symptoms besides the hair loss?
