I am 25 and i have no idea on why i am losing so much hair when i brush and even when i go swimming in a pool...My mom took out sooo much hair of mine that was in the filter and i just want my normal hair back...It is starting to get thin and i wanna know if theres anything i can do to get my normal hair back

Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid disease? Hair loss can be attributed to many things, but being a thyroid patient and usually (not always so though) Hypothyroid patients notice hair loss big time. (me included!)

You would be best to get full thyroid function tests done. TSH, Free T3, Free T4 and antibodies. Post them here with the reference ranges written on the lab result and we can help you further.
