Hand cramps

I have a goitre that is about five times the normal size for my thyroid and have these really odd cramps on my hands that last for a few seconds then go away. I also get odd burning sensations on my skin on my lower arms and upper legs. Anyone have any ideas? I have had a test for arthitis and it came back negative. T3 and T4 normal, my TSH was 0.33 the last time it was checked.   Went and did the barium swallow and am awaiting the results but the doctor that did it said he didnt see anything major.  Thanks in advance.

I had those symptoms when I was hyper. They went away shortly after antithyroid meds. I'm pretty confident it was thyroid related.

Did you test calcium levels?, your TSH is quite low, you need to test free T3 and free T4, Is better go to a internal medicine doctor/ENDO. I think you need to check more specific blood tests (IgG, IgA, IgE), catecolamines, PCR (protein c reactive), others (internal medicine doctor will know)
