Hashi Attacks

Hi everyone, just a question i see popping up now and then about hashi attacks, i was dx hashi/hypo in June but prob still naive lol as i have no idea what ppl mean by their having a hashi attack, i put all my symptoms down to the hypo..So anyone who can tell me what an actual hashi attack is would be grateful..thanks..Dawn x

Lol oh ok..well gee i do get that always thinking im coming down with the flu or something but never really comes to anything..And yes know the throat thing,,thanks

It's pretty much when you feel totally cruddy, want to sleep all day, have maybe a high temperature. It often comes on after stress, or doing too much. You might find your throat is tight too. It can be that you have nightmares. It can be that you feel very flushed and start to feel lousy.
  It is often a hindsight thing. You may put it down to feeling flu like and that you might be coming down with a cold. Then only days after, you realise it wasn't the flu/cold but something else....ie: Hashimoto's!

Put it this way, when you get one, you know it! LOL!
