Heart palpitations and synthroid

Hello all
I'm needing some insite. I keep having heart palpitations. I'm on 125 mcg of synthroid and 5 mcg of cytomel. If I'm startled, get winded or at night I get heart palps. I can't get them to calm down. I don't know if I need more hormone or less. My endo says I'm overmedicated but my labs show undermedicated. As most of you all know I'm pregnant and I'm afraid to go to the doctor because they base everything on TSH and they might lower my meds but I may need more. I'm confused :(.

TSH .27
T4 .9
T3 2.8

Please post the ranges for your FT3 and FT4 again in this thread.  Also, it's important to note that you have secondary hypothyroidism when you post labs.

Telus2, please give details of why you think these labs are "pretty good".  Guessing at lab ranges for the moment, FT4 (0.8-1.8) is just 10% of range, and FT3 (2.3-4.2) is 26% of range.  Both are much lower than the midrange FT4 and upper half of range FT3 that are the rules of thumb until we find our own best levels.  Given secondary hypo, TSH is useless.  During pregnancy, especially the first trimester, FT3 and FT4 often have to be higher than usual.

Hi Tony
I would say that your labs look pretty good and I would suggest that your problems may not be due to thyroid. Could be other hormone problems, adrenal insufficiency or malabsorption - take a look at my post to Loony56 earlier this morning.

By the way I just switch to synthroid three weeks ago and while I was severely hypo on levoxyl I had no palps and the synthroid has made me feel better only the palps are bothering me.
