I agree that it looks like you have Hashi's. However, you are not hyperthyroid at the moment. FT4 is low in the range, which indicates hypothyroidism. T3 is also low. Your doctor ordered total T3, and he really should be ordering FREE T3 (FT3), which offers much more useful information.
Your TSH is also high, which also indicates hypo. TSH is counterintuitive...the lower it is the higher (more hyper) your thyroid function; the higher it is the lower (more hypo) your thyroid function is.
Your doctor will probably want to start you on thyroid meds.
Your TPOab are high. I would guess you might have Hashimotos. That can give both hyper and hypo symptoms, especially in the beginning.
Your TSH is high too even though it's within the range.
I hope you'll get help right away because of your clinical symptoms and that you don't have to wait until all your numbers are off.
