Here's my lab numbers - what do you think?

These are my first results after surgery on 3/25. I am currently taking 75 mcg Synthroid. My endo said I have Hashimoto's. She will recheck my numbers in 6 months. She did not change my dosage. Before the surgery she said she didn't know if my left side was working. According to these numbers, I guess it is (???).

I'm still learning about thyroid numbers so I want your opinions. What do you think about waiting 6 months for a recheck?

TSH, 3rd generation - 1.15 (0.40-4.50)
T4, Free - 1.6 (0.8-1.8) - (should this be lower?)
T3, Total - 109 (60-181)
Thyroid Peroxidase AB - 224 (< or = 35)

My hair is thinning, I am cold most of the time, night sweats (symptom of hyper?), mood swings.

Had problems with cycle 2 years ago, but estrogen was normal. Figure now it was thyroid issue.  As I write this my cycle is late and I "could be" starting peri-menopause...ugh...thyroid and menopause symptoms mimic each other, its so hard to tell.

The 1.15 should be more anxiety than the sluggish stuff but I am not an expert at all .. and no idea on the T3 and T4 as mine are always normal ??

Hate to ask .. what about menopause symptoms at all .. many here have started with that crud right after their thyorid surgeries?

Before my nodule, I had no idea there was so much to learn about my Thyroid. I am confused too. Just trying to put my numbers into some kind of perspective.
