Yeah, on mine the normal for Vitamin D is 15.3 - 55.6 and mine is 69.0. I don't know why different labs have different ranges but I guess they do. It was clearly marked HIGH but don't know what that means. Others think that my TSH could be lower and my T3 a little higher. I only take synthroid and no T3
I don't know. You are still within normal range that's on my lab report but not yours. Hmm, wonder who determines what's normal? Maybe that number is what is "normal" for you? My calcium was normal like yours but since my Vitamin D came back so low my doc took another round of blood and sent it off to the lab to check my parathyroids. He said depending on what that test showed would determine how he would treat it. When the results came back I did not see the report, he just called me. Said my "stores" were low and I just needed to build them back. Maybe talk to your doc and ask if that number is okay to have?
What do you think the high level means?? I'm not taking any supplements.
On my lab report it says that Vitamin D 32-100 was considered within normal range with the lower level of 50-60 being normal. Mine was 13 and considered extremely low and I'm on mega dose prescription Vitamin D now and I feel so much better.
