High thryroglobulin antibodies, but lab tests say no hypothyroidism?

I have been dealing with joint paint, consistantly tired, very heavy bleeding during my menstrual cycle, and many other symptoms of hypothyroidism. My doctor currently put me on meloxicam for the "arthritis" (I am only 27 years old), and sent me for blood work. Both times, my thyroglobulin antibodies were high, and this past time they did a bloodtest for hypothyroidism and said that those levels were normal, even though my antibody level was still high. I was put on a gluten free diet and told to come back in a month. I feel as though I am not getting any results and help from my doctors. What could this be?
