I forgot to add --I am 51yrs old. Had a hysterectomy 2 yrs ago retaining my ovaries which must look like raisins by now. I was told to cut my Estradiol patch in half since the 50mg was to much for me. So today I started 1/2 a patch. I've only used the patch for 1wk that I started on Jan 1 and ended on Jan 6th. I had those labs drawn on 1/09/09.
Thanks for listening.-kb
Thank you for your input.
The overdose was filled by Rite Aid Pharmacy. The Endo doctor at that time was not at fault; but she would not see me because of the Pharmacy's mistake.
I am very frustrated about all this. I just want to feel better.

How old are you?
A free T4 is what you need to know (female hormones can interfere with a total T4 reading, not accurate), if you need to take levothyroxin you need a low dose not a high dose, that's why when you took 125 you become hyper..., who did the mistake was the pharmacy not the ENDO. Yes you should see an ENDO.
My new primary doctor states she will only check a T4. She thinks it is only menopause and not my thyroid. I had past issues with my thyroid about 10yrs ago. I went to a differnt dr then. The pharmacy filled the Rx for 125mcq when it should have been 25mcq. The Rx was for Levoxyl. I took the pill for 2 months with horrible results. My hair fell out, nose bleeds, tachycardia, 1 hour sleep at night; it was horrible. My Endo dropped me like a hot potato once she realized the Rx reading my the Pharmacy, said she would see me in a year. Life was not pleasant.
I think this doctor should send me to another Endo to be tested by someone in the field.
What is your take on this?
Your TSH is high enough, looks like the cause of your symptoms is thyroid related (hypothyroidism). Now you must check for free T3, free T4 and thyroid antibodies.
