I am relly so fustrated with my thyroid - could u please help me , I am a hypothyroid patient for past many years..and I am 55yrs always feeling tired...and breathless at time.

Yoga can be good for thyroid, but you also need the medication.

Have you had blood tests done to see what your actual thyroid hormone levels are?  You need to have TSH, Free T3 and Free T4 done.

i am on a tyroxine tablet 10mg at the moment and still feel tired and breathless . is yoga good for hypo thyroid

We'll try to help you, but we need to know your question.  

Both tiredness and shortness of breath can be symptoms of hypothyroidism.  Indicates that your med isn't adjusted properly.
