he is hipper and has a hard time with his school work.and when he walk some where he ends up having a seizure ans sometime more than one.

yes levels can change. Would definitely get him in for a pediatric endocrinologist, as even 'subclinical' hypothyroid (on what basis do they say subclinical? did te test ft3, ft4, antibodies?) may affect his other issues.
very close monitoring woud be required, i'd think.
