I am 15 and i have been feeling like im starving all the time.

I have been eating my 3 meals a day and snacking. I do have anxiety disorder, and i take Paxil. This starving sensation has been going on for about 4 days now. I am also tired all the time. I have a feeling that it is not hypoglythemia, and ive herd it may be do to stress or other possible growing pains. I am concerned about this and my parents believe i shouldn't have to see a doctor. As i said my main symptom is feeling a staerving feeling even after i have a good sized meal. I have been freaking out that it might be a tumor in my pancreas, and something with my thyroid or even an ulcer. What should i do?

What are you actually craving with these air hunger symptoms? Also antidepressants are brain altering and even through the anxiety is controlled by these meds - the brain can shut off certain hormones that control appetite and trigger hunger. That is why weight gain is very common with bi polar - anxiety medication.
