I get sharp chest pains and my heart seems to be beating in the wrong place

I would like to know whats the cause of this.I started getting the pains from last year but recently I have noticed that my heart tends to beat more towards my right side and its really low.I have a six pack and you can see the beating at the two pack.I thought it was caused due to gyming but I havent gymed for the past three months and its still the same.At night when I go to bed I cannot sleep on my tummy cause its very difficult to breath.I also have to breath in and out fast and if I breath slow it feels like im getting suffocated. Please help me with my problem.

My bet is, it is Graves Disease.
Get your Free T3 and Free T4 and TSH done ...along with thyroid antibody testing done.
Post them back here when you can.
Also get a checkup with a Cardiologist.
You will need a referral from your Doctor for this.

Have you had thyroid bloodwork done?  If so, do you know the results?  Are you on thyroid meds?
