I know THAT.....

a goiter is from a imbalance in your thryoid hormone BUT what causes the imbalance exactly. I have heard iodine, is there anything else. Also has anyone been successful in naturally treating a goiter or even see a goiter disappear! Thanks!

There are many things that can alter thyroid function. Yes - iodine deficiency is a major issue

I don't really think "natural" methods are common. There are many treatments available to help control or eliminate goiter issues - some can be solved with natural substances - but - you do need to work with a doctor to find that balance.
