Hello friend, sorry to read of your discomfort.  Ask you physician to test for thyroiditis.  Thyroiditis can cause symptoms, at the same time reveal normal labs.  Wishing you well :)

Go to the Dr!

Could be a goiter and thyroid related, could be other things. If you can visibly see the inflamation then something is wrong and get to a Dr and have it checked out.

If you do get blood tests for thyroid DEMAND and don't take no for an answer to be tested for FREE T4 an FREE T3.  make absolutely sure it is the "FREE" test and not "total"  these are different tests.

The body only uses thyroid hormone that is NOT attached to a protein molecule and thus are known as "free".  Where the total test counts both the free and the attached thyroid molecules.  But ONLY the "free" hormone is used by the body. So you really don't care about the ones that are attached and ONLY care about what is available for use by the body.
