ISpiking blood pressure
My blood pressure is normally controlled at about 130/70. Yesterday I endured a stressful situatiion, and today my pressure is at 198/95. I just took 50 mg. metropolo. What else should I so?

Do have thyroid issues that you follow the BP for? If so, what meds are you on . this info may be helpful.
