My blood pressure is normally controlled at about 130/70. Yesterday I endured a stressful situatiion, and today my pressure is at 198/95. I just took 50 mg. metropolo. What else should I so?

If your BP stays this high it is very dangerous.
Do you take 50 metoprolol every day?
