I'm thyroid patient...Can I get pregnant again and can I get a healthy baby?

Hi, Dr:  I'm mrs:asif  i just searched abt my thyroid on google then i saw this forum n i really liked it..so I'm posting my question ...Please reply me cuz Iu knw I'm lreally in pain...I'm 25 years old  last year in july 2007 I had a baby girl she was my fisrt baby she passed away after 6 days of her birth ..cuz she didn't cry at the time of her birth and even she didn't open her eyes.........she even can't feel any pain ...I can't express my pain in words ............after that the real probleem starts.....doctors were so upset how this happend cuz my pregnancy was normall everything was going on right way.ultra sound was normal then why baby didn;t open her eyes why she didn't cry why this happened to me........after that in january 08  my doctor took all my test test was normall genetic and everything was normal but one test has done accidently in which they found antibodies  in my blood  I was shocked how this happened????? and now 4 months before due to some symptoms my physician check my thyroid and she shocked after seeing my reports that in which my TSH was 100 ........and you knw in pregnancy when they checked all antibodies at that time my blood report showed that "no antibodies found" ..........................now I'm taking "LEVOTHYROXINE" 0.005MG suggested by my physician  and my thyroid ultrasound showed a nodule  and a endocronologist checked me properly and he read my ultrasound report too he said its minor nodule first we will give u pills then we will take a look on your blood reports that your thyroid is getting normal or not .......then will decide what to do with nodule..................I'm on pills which I mention "LEVOTHYROXINE" 0.005MG now my blood report is showing TSH is 8 something means getting to normal by pills.............But you know I'm so much confused and very very very much in depressin after getting gettin all this................Can you please tell me  CAN I GET PREGNANT and CAN I HAVE A HEALTHY BABY......................??????

Please tell me after having this thyroid problem and antibodies prblm can i get a healthy baby.....???

I'm living in toronto my gynaecologist  told me that there are some special clinins in mount sinai hospital in tornto  who look after pregnant mother who have antibodies problem and they have healthy babies ........
