Out of the blue

I havent been diagnosed with hypo (yet) I had a PT in NOV of last year but a few months now it seems I can be driving or anything really and all of a sudden it feels like a panic attack just smacked me in the face, my heart is racing so fast.. Also, I feel short of breath a lot too, I have had a puminary functions test and a nuclear stress test and all has come back normal.
Please someone respond..

Awww don't cry please....i dont think you are doing anything to hurt your baby. Most important is that you relax. I would try to contact a thyroid specialist and get a good drs opinion where your levels should be at. Just make sure it is one that works with thyroid cancer. That is the best thing to do....
Why don't you post a question to the community here to thyroid cancer patients and ask where their drs have put their levels at. I am a hashi patient, not a cancer patient. There are a lot of people here who have gone through it.
Maybe they can suggest better than I can. :)

Thanks for your response, I wasnt aware that my TSH should be a certain level after cancer... I went to the ENT today and she said my range was normal and before I went into to see her my heart was POUNDING  and when I went in there my BP was 102/116 and HR of 122 I had to take a xanax to calm it down but that's all I have to take and I shouldnt since Im pregnant.  Also, I am not even on any meds right now for Thyroid issues. I'm so affraid Im hurting my baby and an am not going to be able to enjoy my last pregnancy. Sorry I have to go Im crying to hard.!

Your TSH is way too high for cancer patient. Your tsh is supposed to be supressed as much as tolerable. Your Free's should be mid to mid high normal range.
The new tsh ranges are .30-3.0, so you are hypothyroid there just to start. You poor thing!  You need to have tsh, free t3 and free t4 done at the same time to see where you levels are at.
Most importantly you are being undermedicated and need to find a dr who understands where the levels of a thyroid cancer patients should be. Otherwise you could have a re-occurance if your levels aren't suppressed properly.
I suggest finding a thyroid specialist who specializes in thyroid cancer....not an endo who specializes in diabetes or such.
It is a good idea to also have your Vit D, B12, Iron and Ferritin levels checked as well.
Your tsh level is what is probably causing you to feel horrible though.

What were your most recent lab results with ranges? Did you have ALL the proper thyroid tests run? TSH, Free T3, Free T4? Why did you have the PT done? Have you been tested for Hashimoto's autoimmune thyroid disease?
