Hashimoto w/hypothyroid VS. just hypothyroid

Hello everyone.  Just wondering what my tests may come out to.  How different would things be between the two conditions listed in my title?  Such as treatment, symptoms, ease of treatment, etc.?

Thank you.

Well, Hashi means that your body is essentially destroying your thyroid and eventually you will have no thyroid function.  Hypo simply means your levels are low.  The outcome is the same, low thyroid function, but with the Hashi's you will eventually have no function at all.  I hope that helps.
