Is it OK to take all my supplements at one time?

I'm currently taking...
Primrose Oil
Biotin
Cod Liver oil
Omega 3,6,9
Flaxseed Oil.
Are these ok to take all at once?

Hi.  You really need to research each of your supplements from time to time, and even your med.  Science is discovering so many more ramifications all the time, including what we should take with what, and what nutrients shouldn't be taken together.  Biotin is a B vitamin.  Research the synergistic activity of the B vitamins.  By taking only biotin, you could become deficient in the other B's.  I'd continue with the biotin, but add a good high potency multi-B, as well, and a good multi-vitamin-mineral preparation.  I've had about all of the types of thyroid med that has been prescribed.  I started with Armour, and I've been back on Armour for around a year, but it took some effort to find a dr who would prescribe it.  I feel much better physically and have a more hopeful outlook when on Armour.  When I first began taking throid med, I took it with breakfast.  Then came the warning:  empty stomach; don't eat for an hour afterward.  But that hour of not eating makes me feel terrible.  When someone was with me, I could take the med and go back to bed, sleeping or reading, to stave off the quiveriness that not eating caused.  Now that he has died I have no one to wake me (can't hear alarm), so I don't dare go back to bed.  Warnings against taking thyroid and consuming broccoli, turnips, cabbage, cauliflower---cruciferous vegetables---surfaced, so I made sure to only eat them in the evening.  Now I notice there's no mention of veggies on my packaging, but a warning not to consume within 4 hrs any calcium, iron, or aluminum (antacids, sucralfate, vitamins/minerals).  I now take my med just before going to bed, because I have trouble with not getting to sleep, and with getting back to sleep after my bladder grabs my attention:  every four hours on the dot!  And I feel so much better when I can eat right away after waking for the day.  I'm practically comatose without vitamins and minerals, but must be sure that I don't take them later than 2, preferably around 12, or I'm too revved to sleep. I'm a perfect example of "Do what I preach, not what I practice," as I buy caffeine tablets in large bottles and trust the caffeine to keep me alert at work.  Otherwise, I'd have no job.  Maybe when I retire I can function without them, but, so far, I've found no other solution.  The job is my lifeline, in more ways than one.  I see no alternative.  Hope this helps.

I take all mine at once but take them at night because I take Thyroxin in the morning.
Allow yourself at least 4 hours after taking thyroxin.
Never take them with thyroxin.

I do fine on mine.....
Cranberry Capsule
Vitamin D/Calcium combo
Vitamin C
Fish Oil
Mega B Vitamin
