You NEED that because your have a sloooooowwww immune system.

I was on tons of antibiotics (2000 mg of augmentin!) for my sinus infections several times in the first year and a half following my TT.  It didn't seem to affect my thyroid levels in the least.  But, I took the antibiotics about an hour after my Synthroid.

Hope you feel better.

Hi Mk- I am so sorry to hear you are sick with bronchitis! Yuck! I had it about 3-4 months ago. It takes a while to overcome it. How long have you been on the antibiotics and what kind? Usually as the antibiotics kill off the bacteria (if it's bacterial) you will feel worse before you start feeling better. I always treat medicine the same as supplements and take 2 hrs apart from my thyroid meds. I have been on a lot of antibiotics and don't seem to recall it affecting my thyroid. But when I am sick it seems my thyroid kicks in to help me feel worse! lol  Sad but true!  I think our thyroids like to kick us when we are down....sadistick little bugger isn't it?! lol
Thought I would throw some humor in there for you as I know how bad you feel. Did they put you on a nebulizer to help with breathing?
Feel better!
Laura
PS- don't forget your probiotics!
