am throidless does it matter if I eat iodine now?

Hmmm. and since I am throidless where does all that iodine go? Hmm . Does it aggravate my IBS? hmmm.

Its late and its almost full moon so these questions are running through my head.

Just curious if any one else has ever thought about this.

Love Venora

I asked the same question and got two answers.

1) You will always need to watch your iodine intake and limit it because (insert brainfog here).

2) It doesn't matter as long as you're not drinking it from a bottle.

I decided to fall back on the old axiom "all things in moderation", and eat like I always have. I will be interested to see what others have to say.

Keep a food journal, see how it effects you.
We're all human, but subtly different.
Respect your unique physiology...but that means doing some homework like a food journal, instead of relying on doctors and others to be mindreaders!
