Dizziness with thyroid increase

I've been on levothyroxine for 4 months at 25 mcg. Still symptomatic so my endo upped it to 50 mcg. I feel as though I have more energy, however, I've been getting vertigo especially getting up in the morning or standing up quickly. This could be completely unrelated to the med, however I've never experienced this before the increase.

Is this just my body adjusting to the increased dosage? If it persists I will call my doc. It's been happening the past 3 days and I've been on the medication for 4 days at 50 mcg. Besides this, no other side effects. I kept all other factors constant such as diet/water/sleep etc.

Thank you!

I take the same medication it happened with me also but if it continues make sure you talk to your doctor, mine went away after about a week.

Also very severe brain fog. It's like before I went on the medication at all 4 months ago. I would say the vertigo is only mild and not severe, but enough to make me concerned.
