I take thyroxine for an underactive thyroid, only 25 micrograms, the least you can take. Am I OK to take XLS Medical to try and lose weight, I can lose weight but it is difficult and I am struggling

I'd want to know what the exact ingredients are before taking/recommending anything for weight loss. Most weight loss aids don't work, and if you do lose weight on one, it's usually not sustainable and the weight comes right back once product use is stopped.
Much better to adopt a healthy diet and exercise regimen that you can stick with - lifestyle changes.
