Exactly what symptoms are you having that are making you feel bad and have sent you to the ER?

While your thyroid hormone levels are within the normal ranges, both your Free T4 and Free T3 are lower than we'd normally recommend.  Most of us find that we feel best with Free T4 at/near the mid range point - yours is only at 23% of its range.  Likewise, most of us find that Free T3 must be in the upper half to upper third of its range - yours is only at 40% of its range.

When we know your exact symptoms, we will know whether or not they match a thyroid condition or not.

Also, please tell us what kidney issues you have.
