Lobectomy and shakes

I had a lobectomy 3 weeks ago and I'm not on medication. They check my levels in 2 more weeks to see if the remaining lobe is doing the full job. But for the last couple of days I've gotten the shakes. Not like being nervous, but more like after a hard workout where your muscles quiver if you try to use them. I'm also having some weak hot flashes. Does anyone know if this is normal?

Yes it is normal....although I would be seeing your Doctor before 2 weeks.
The other lobe of the thyroid is trying to 'fire up' and is being overworked.
It will even itself out but then again, you may need a T4 med.
See your Doctor.
