OT energy drink

I got this energy drink from Advocare with vitamins and amino acids  you add it to 8 oz of water.I got the grape flavor. it tasts pretty good I dranks some about an hour ago and I think I feel alittle better. at least I am starting to wake up. I will keep you posted on how well it works. the directions say to drink it 1 to 3 times a day between meals.I will drink another one after lunch.

hi my name is morey, i have thyroid for 10 years and i went from 144 to 203 pounds and it is bad for my health  and i have tried  to lose and nothing seemed to help. I would like to know what can i do about losing weight. I am sixty two years old and on thyroid medicine. I take medication for irregular heart beat.
