Low TSH-High thyroglobulin and highAB

I have had a ton of symptoms that my primary doctor shoved off as normal, but thanks to persistance and getting a new dr they checked my TSH which was .38 and he could feel a goiter so they redid it and this time checked for Thyroglobulin levels. The TSH level is now .28 and  the Thyroglobul AB is 19 my Thyroglobulin is 134.  He says my thyroid feels enlarged disproportionally and is sending me now to an endocronoligist.  My symptoms are anxiety, pain in chest, hair loss, skipped monthly cycles, energy followed by extreme  fatigue, pain in joints,.  I dont know what to make of all of this and driving myself crazy looking it up, should i be worried that my Thyroglobulin level is so high?

That is what I would do....find a good thyroid Dr.  :)    Insist on proper bloodwork to be run and an ultrasound of the thyroid and neck.

No I thought that the second blood test would be for the T3 and T4 but he didnt order it or Its labeled something different on this report.   It looks like it is just the Thyroglobulin level, TSH and a basic bloodwork up of cholesterol, glucose, and a list of minerals  My doctor wouldnt tell me anything except my thyroid was enlarged more on my left side than the right one and the bloodwork showed abnormalities so my next step is to take the labs to an endocronologist so I have no idea what they are going to want to do next.

Didn't anyone run a Free T4 at least on you with a TSH? It would also be good to see how high your Free T3 is too. Looks like you have Graves disease.....did they let you know what your next step is? Your Dr should also be ordering a thyroid ultrasound for starters, etc.
