Lugols solution and cytomel

I am taking 2.5 mcg cytomel and 8 drops of Lugols solution for treatment of thyroid nodules.  I have more energy, sleep better, but am having regular frontal headaches and my eye ache and itch.  It's hard to know if I am taking
too much or too little, since the symptoms can be the same!  Any suggestions?

Lugols is Iodine maybe you should try Iodoral they have 12.5 that is probably less the Logols. Best thing to do is test your skin for Iodine absorbtion. I have never taken Cytomel only Armour so I can't say much about Cytomel. could be a gland issue.

I know that adding a T3 med will result in getting a mild headache as a side effect. Whether T3 Cytomel or Armour this can happen

I know absolutely nothing about Lugols.

These headaches hang around for about two weeks then go away.
