heart burn and goitre

Hi,i had a recent scan and have a multi nodular goitre with one dominant 4mm odule,im waiting for a biopsy,my hormone levels are fine,but for the last 4 months ive had bad heartburn where it feels like something stuck in my throat,could this be related? Thanks.

4mm nodule has no clinical significance; the nodules over 1 cm are prompting investigation!

I had very bad heartburn (acid reflux) during a period when I was hypothyroid.  Just because your hormone levels were "fine" doesn't mean they are adequate.  If you will please post your test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report members will be glad to assess.
