Memory issues
I have been having a ruff time with my memory, Like i'm missing a beat in conversation and loosing words even ones i just read. I'm 28 so i shouldn't be going senile. Are others having this issue and if so what can or are you doing about it?
Yup, had this too. After i was diagnosed with thyroid issues and taking meds for it is when the memory fog started. Been like that for about 10 years now. I haven't found anything to curb it or lose it. I have sleep apnea too so that may have something more to do with it for me. Not sure. Wish it would go away though.
