Migraines and Thyroid

I have had 3 real migraine headaches in the last month that each last 3-4 days, two with the usual auras I have had for yrs w/o headaches, and one began in the middle of the night-- so can't be sure I didn't have an aura then too.  It had been 11 months since I have had one of these aura episodes w/o headache.  I just started 25mcg of thyroid hormone 2 months ago for a goiter + hypo symptoms.  I am thinking it's the thyroid hormone that has triggered the migraines in a person obviously prone to these.  Now, I am wondering if we up the amount of medication will the headaches disappear or get worse?  Anyone with similar experience?

Yes, extremely allergic to all factions of cow's milk, plus I can't tolerate gluten in wheat, rye, barley, and oats because of celiac.  It is possible that the thyroid med has something in it.. most likely lactose or wheat flour.  I have run into this problem before, so you could be right.  I will check this out. Thank-you for reminding me!

Sometimes it can be the inert ingredient .. are you allergic to anything?
