Multivitamins in capsules, softgels,or tablets, caplets are best asorbable?

You know, we hypos have poorer digesting system. For better asorption of multivitamins, which one is best asorbable in form? capsules, softgels, or tablets, caplets?

I assume that you would say capsule is better than tablet for it is powder, but I seems not to digest well with capsules although I didn't do the experiment with the vinegar.

What about softgels? It seems that softgels are the best asorbable for they are usually the softest, right?

Here is an article talking about capsules are better forms than tablets, which I hold a reserved point on,

What do you think? Thanks

Hi, Tamra

How do you know softgels contain soy?;) They have to make gels out of soy? For me, I prefer tablets too. I don't know why I dislike capsules.

Many softgels have soy. As a hypo, I avoid soy! I do the tablets, but for the Vitamin A and E, I have to go to a nutrition store and get the powder capsules.
