I wouldn't call 0.672 "on the floor"...recommendation is often an "ideal" (we know how far that goes!) range of 0.5-1.0 FT4 at 1.21 in a range of 1.1-1.8 is actually in the bottom quarter of the range. FT3 is right at midrange.
Considering your thyroid history, I think it's wise to monitor your children's thyroid levels periodically. However, I see nothing in these labs to be concerned about at the moment.
I don't look at a whole lot of "totals", since we consider them obsolete (for a reason), but I do know that totals do not correlate well with frees at all. Frees are what's important. That's what's available to cells, and your daughter seems to be doing just fine in that department.
Fasting has nothing to do with thyroid bloodwork, as you said, but it is important for the CMP.
Thank You as always....i will continue to have them checked yearly.
