My TPO is 6500 and TSH 0.019. Can I wait 8 days to see my doctor?

I just got my blood test results and my thyroid values are totally out of range as follows:

TSH 0.019
TPO 6500
Free T4 3.18
T4 Thyroxine 21.3
Total T3 296
Free T3 9.2
Thyroglobuline Autoantibodies 32

I have Hashimoto and my endocrinologist told me during the past year not to worry about my high TPO (1147 thru 2168) unless it was over 5,000. Should I worry now that is 6500? How can it be lowered?

Symptoms:
Fatigue, heart palpitations (Pulse is 96 resting), sweating, nervous, muscle weakness, back pain.
Occasionally I have headaches, dizziness, eye pain, eye twitching, stomach and lower abdomen pain.

Other blood results:
Glucose 120
A1c 6.3
Immature Granulocytes 0.2

Other urine results:
Small blood in urine
Red Blood Cells 9
White Blood Cells 3
Squamous Epithelial Cells 31
Leuk Esterase - Trace

I always had high TPO for the past year but my T3, T4 values were normal. My TSH was normal during all this year (values 1.96 thru 4.07) but I had values as low as 0.013 3 times during the past 4 years.

I am not taking any thyroid medication (levothyroxine 25 mcg) since 07/21/14 because I had a Thyroid Nuclear scan by the end of August to follow up on 3 small thyroid nodules (less than 1 cm). Thyroid scan results showed: diminished thyroid uptake with heterogeneous distribution of tracer through the thyroid. No discrete hot or cold nodules delineated.

Last time my TSH was 0.020 on 07/23/12 I took methimazole and my TSH went up to 31.600 in 40 days. My body is really sensitive to thyroid medication and my thyroid values are always going up and down.

Should I receive medication now or could I wait until my doctor appointment in 8 days? I will appreciate your feedback.

Thanks for your time!

Thanks for your advice. My doctor called me and will prescribe methimazole and a beta blocker. I will start new meds tomorrow.

Both your FT3 and FT4 are way over range.  Call or see your doctor right away, and if you can't get in touch with him, consider the ER.
