My tsh result is normal but my t4 is low, should I increase my med's?

To better answer your questions, please give us more info. First, is that Total T4, or Free T4? Also, what is the reference range shown on the lab report? You should always make sure they test for both Free T4 and Free T3. Contrary to what most doctors think, TSH is affected by so many things that it is useful as a diagnostic only when at extreme levels. When already taking thyroid med, TSH has very little use.
