What does it mean if my TSH is 0.14, T4 1.4, and T3  3.1? Can T3 and T4 be within range while TSH be low?

once, after six weeks of of 75 mcg levothyroxine my TSH was 1.43. Then after six weeks on 100mcg is was 1, then after six sweeks on 50mcg it was 4.54. Goes up and down withour patttern. Better rely on  how you fell.

Yes.  TSH is a pituitary hormone that is supposed to accurately reflect levels of the biologically active thyroid hormones, yet it cannot be shown to correlate well with either Free T3 or Free T4, much less correlate well with symptoms, which should be the main consideration.  At best TSH is only an indicator to be considered along with more important indicators such as symptoms and also levels of Free T3 and Free T4.  

Test results and their calculated reference ranges vary from lab to lab, so it is always necessary to assess results against ranges from the same lab.  If you will please post ranges shown on the lab report for those test results it will better enable us to comment further on them.
