NDT conversion and TSH

My quest to find a competent doctor to treat me has culminated in todays confusion with an endo in my area that I truly believe is misinformed.
I’ll spare the entire saga of all the things I’ve been through.
After being severely over medicated to “shrink nodules”, and gaining 100 lbs, I had my thyroid removed in 2013. Getting on the T3, with a competent endo (now retired) saved my life.
Recently, it’s like the reverse.
With doctors wanting to remove both medications due to a suppressed TSH, it’s insanity.
I am currently on 100 mcg of T4 and 25 T3.
One doctor in this practice insisted in November that 1 grain of Armour was equivalent to this regime, even when I showed her the 38 t4/9 t3 per grain and that 2 1/2 grain was equivalent.
11 years ago I was on half of what I am on now, and was on 1 grain.
Today, the other endo in this practice did not argue the correct conversion, directly.
But she lost her mind over my suppressed TSH and refused to prescribe the current dosage of anything, synthetics or NDT.
She vowed if she prescribed anything, she would reduce my medication till she found the tsh to her liking.
She completely dismissed the t3, free and t4, free which are the best in range levels they’ve been. She also stated she would never use anything but tsh, as a marker and not ever test for t4/t3 levels. wow.
Btw, The t4 is currently in the lower 14% but it’s better then it’s ever been. The T3 is perfect.
For the record, even at half my current dose, my TSH has always been around 0.002 or less.
She also said my dose:  100 t4 and 25 t3 together was equal to 200 total medication.
I have never heard such a thing.
Please tell me she is incorrect and I am not losing my mind!
I need a real doctor and Florida pickings are slim.
