I've been drinking peppermint tea all day too! Stupid me was in a rush and had a white bread sandwich...brain was in thought of my friends massive factory move, which I am helping out with, and totally didn't think about the bread having GLUTEN...arrrgh....my gut felt like it had a knife in it.....not to mention the wind....no, we won't mention the wind.....pffffft! Hope you feel better soon!

Am sick today.  Can't eat a bite thanks to what's probably a stomach bug or a food reaction. Sipping peppermint tea slowly.  Not a nice start to the year, but probably a good new start to better managing my diet and health.
