New turn of events

I saw my ENT today and he scheduled the nuclear medicine uptake for this Thursday afternoon. If the nodule is cold then we'll do a fine needle biopsy. I was shocked to get the news that the right tonsil which was involved in the soft tissue mass on the original ct scan. The tonsils and adenoids have to come out as soon as possible. I'm waiting for the hospital to call with the surgery day and time.

Yeah, it is confusing. LOL Sorry to have been out of reach for so long. The original ct did show that the mass extended into the right tonsil. I just want this done. I know I have no room to complain with what all of the people on her have been thru. I'm just tired and crabby and "fill in the blank"

Ok - confusion fixed.  I went back on our posts/messages and refreshed my memory.  Brain fog for a second.  Did they give you any indication as to if the two are involved?  I will keep you in my prayers.
