No left lobe-Right lobe enlarged with Nodule

I had an ultrasound that revealed an enlarged right lobe and a nodule - there is no left lobe (I never had surgery on my thyroid)  I had a normal TSH and a normal T3 and T4
Should I be asking for more thyroid bloodwork?  (Like free T3 and T4, etc.) or does the TSH tell what needs to be told?
Is it possible to have a normally functioning thyroid with half missing and the other half enlarged?

When you read some of the postings on this forum...ANYTHING is possible with the thyroid lol.
Sorry....but yes it can function normally and can be thyroiditis (inflammation).
But it usually means that the remaining lobe is starting to malfunction so keep an eye on it.

Get the Free T3 and Free T4 tested as this is way more accurate as to whats going on with the remaining lobe and function.

All the best :)
