No one can tell me whats wrong with me

Male 23 years old, 5'10 155lbs. Was healthy with no symptoms or previous illnesses a year ago. Played sports worked out regularly. Was working as an EMT Injured my back off duty, Went to a physical therapist was given exercises for bulging disc (Cobra, Strengthening hamstrings quadriceps, Stretching hamstring ect.) One month after back injury I hopped off the roof of my car, Sprained left ankle Peroneal tendon started to sublux two days later. Saw 2 Orthodpedic Doctors both didn't recommend surgery. Given walking boot and Medrol dose pack, Back to Physical therapy for ankle ( Isometric Strengthening). Chronic Hamstring begins a few weeks later and has continued for about a year. Did Chiropractic sessions for my back after PT, Had Recent MRI and X-ray of Back, Negative findings. I am in Pain everyday, Pain varies from my knees, to my shins, to my feet. Legs feel so heavy, I have done all the strengthening I can do. A Physical Rehabilitation Doctor told me its not a Muscular problem there is something else going on. I also Saw a Neurologist and the doctor said everything looked fine with my MRI. I have been tested for lupus, Ankoloysing spondylitis, all negative. only thing that came back abnormal was my Vitamin D which I am on 50,000 IU a week. Also on Flexeril 10MG x2 for muscular tightness spasms. When I stand my body feels as if it is struggling to stand. My legs will shake and my heart rate will be at 110-126 Beats per minute. My resting heart rate used to be 64-70. My arms also feel heavy but not as bad as my legs. My wrist sometimes hurt but I do strengthening exercises such as grip squeeze and the pain will go away. I gained 20 pounds a while back in 2 months but I was eating a lot. Now I have lost 10 of those pounds. My Family Hx is: Mother: Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis, Grandmother: Hypothyroidism, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Brother: Psoriasis. I asked my Doctor to check my Hormone levels  but He said there is nothing that would cause this pain. I do not know if he tested my TSH levels. I am going to check this week and see if there is any other test I can do. Does this sound like Hyper/Hypo Thyrodism? Fibromyalgia?

Hi friend, it's possible thyroid disorder may be contributing to issues, you may be having.  Full thyroid labs, TSH, FT3/FT4 would be a start.  Once you obtain labs, post up so someone can assist you with results.  Your doc is incorrect thyroid disorder can cause pain to severe levels.

Are you on any medications ?  Certain meds, can cause muscle weakness/pain.
