Np in New Jersey?? anyone??
Having a hard timer finding NP anywhere in NJ? does anyone know were to find it. tired CVS, Target< Walgreens, Duane Reade, ? all saying its not in their distribution yet? Manufacturer says its back in production? any Ideas?? Kevin
A lot of people on another board was also having a hard time getting NP as it was on backorder. This was in July. I don't take it-just caught my eye.
She called Acella and they said:
"I spoke with my connection at Acella Pharmaceuticals this morning. He said they are definitely scheduled to ship end of July. He also said that most pharmacists will permanently remove a drug from their warehouse inventory list if it is back ordered for longer than six weeks."
Hope this helps a little. Some ladies were given Armour while waiting for the backorder to be filled.
Armour Thyroid (made by Forest Pharmaceuticals) and NP Thyroid (made by Acella) are two different brands of natural desiccated thyroid. Both work. Due to differences in fillers, some people may prefer one over the other (but some people will be fine with either).
