What are the reference ("normal") ranges on his T3 and T4?  Ranges vary lab to lab, so they have to come from his own lab report.

How much thyroxin is he taking?

Some other symptoms are -
Body is average with 72 Kg weight (height 5' 6")
Tendency to high BP. He used to take one Telvas 20 tablet daily prescribed by earlier doctor.
Now, his BP was 120 / 80  and present doctor advised to reduce the dosage as half of Telvas 20 and T Thyrox, as I have already mentioned.
