tyroid help

I cannot get in for a biopsy until next Wednesday, does anyone know what any of this means?
Right mid lobe posterior hypoechoic solid nodule measures 1.3 x 0.9 x 1.0 C.M. If
indicated, ultrasound-guided biopsy may be performed.
Right mid to lower lobe medial hypoechoic nodule measures 3 x 2 x 3 mm.
Left mid lobe posterior hypoechoic solid nodule measures 1.8 x 1.3 x 1.2 C.M. Color
Doppler demonstrates increased vascularity. If indicated, ultrasound-guided biopsy may be
performed.

Impression:

Dominant solid nodules right mid lobe measuring 1.3 C.M. and left mid lobe measuring 1.8
C.M.
If indicated, ultrasound-guided biopsy may be performed

Well I'm a medical coder and know that they diagnosed you with multi-nodular nontoxic goiter based offor of the E04.2 code at the bottom.

It appears you have multiple nodules, some of which indicate biopsy due to the solid components they've found on ultrasound along with the size.  Depending on your age, from what I've seen if you are over 35 and there's a nodule over 1 cm, they recommend biopsy and if you're over something like 45 or 50 and it's over 1.5cm then they recommend biopsy to rule out anything worrisome.

Hi... Reading ultrasound is not my strong point, however, biopsy is recommended when thyroid nodules reach a certain size.
